Glow Yoga with Rebekah

a.k.a Glowga

November 29th


$12 drop-in $10 in advance

A one hour glow in the dark yoga class under neon and black lights. We will be moving with breath through a hatha flow sequence that is open to everyone. This class will be light hearted and fun moving to upbeat energetic music while you build strength, endurance, flexibility and awareness in your body. Dress in white, neon or costume to glow brighter. Glow necklaces and bracelets are also encouraged.

Gentle Yoga with Sheila

Sundays 12:30-1:30pm

~ Join a gentle flow ~

Tune in and feel all the opportunities for growth, balance, and ease... Designed to get everyone moving and breathing easy, with special consideration for those who are stiff, inflexible, and new to yoga. This is a fluid hatha flow with influences from tai chi, and restorative yoga. It's not about looking any certain way in the yoga poses, but figuring out what feels good and watching your comfort zone expand!

Full Moon Hypnosis with Iantha D. Greer

Friday, December 13th



The Full Moon is a time of illumination and completion, when you can reflect on who you are and what you represent to others. In this guided hypnotherapy session, you can travel into your deep subconscious to increase confidence, self-heal, and discover your full potential. This is a time for looking at the big picture and taking control of your 'full self'. Maximum 10 people per session. There will be a 5 minute journaling and 10 minute tea/discussion time at the end of the session. data from your collection.

Yin Yoga & Foam Rolling with Muguette

Saturdays 10 - 11:30am

The essence of Yin is ”surrender”. Yin yoga is a gentle, quiet practice suitable for all levels. This yoga practice restores energy while at the same time, calms the nervous system. Yin yoga creates space and increases flexibility by inviting the deepest myofascial tissues, ligaments & tendons closest to the spine & around the joints to release gently and slowly. Foam rollers and/or balls will be used for self-massage & myofascial release. Prerequisites: Willingness to quiet the mind and just "BE."

Intro to Acro with Sheila

Tuesday, December 17th



Acroyoga blends yoga with partner acrobatics.
It is a minimum 3-person adventure: base, flyer, and spotter.

Explore the basics of acroyoga, developing the skills, both physical and social to practice safely and have fun.

Individuals with acroyoga experience, who can base and fly
-foot to shin
-shin to foot, &
-back plank

with comfort may attend for free, helping new recruits gain their bearings and growing this fabulous community.

Chair Yoga with Sheila

Tuesdays 9 - 10am

This chair- and standing- based class lets you explore gentle movement and strength in a relaxed, easy-going way. Release your neck and shoulders, get in touch with your breath and core, and learn some yoga that you can do anywhere! Great for office workers, and those that don't like to kneel or the gettings-up, and goings-down of a traditional yoga class. Come enjoy yoga that fits your body!
